Privacy and cookies

Template wording. Have it reviewed before you rely on it.

What we keep

• Your name and email address.
• Your password, stored only in scrambled (hashed) form that can't be read back.
• Your alerts and the listings we've matched for you.
• Security records: the time and IP address of sign-ups, logins and failed logins, kept to protect your account and stop abuse.

Why

To run your alerts, send you match emails and account messages, and keep the service safe. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Our email provider, to deliver your emails, and eBay, which receives your search words (never your name or email) when we search for you.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. If we use analytics, it only runs after you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind by clearing cookies for this site.

Your rights

You can delete your account and everything linked to it from the Account page at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, contact support@flipamarket.com.
